HoneyComb Assist collects account information, business onboarding details, lead records you enter, and operational information needed to provide the service. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure customer workspaces, provide requested product functions, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service. We do not represent that customer data will be used to provide professional legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice.
Workspace separation and security
Business records are associated with an organization workspace and access requires authentication. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we use technical controls intended to prevent one organization from accessing another organization's private records.
Service providers and retention
Infrastructure and other approved service providers may process data only as needed to operate HoneyComb. Information is retained while required for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
